Refund & Exchange

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase or if you have purchased a product at a reduced price (discount code), unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.

Our goal is for customers to be happy with their purchase. But things may not always go as planned. If something goes wrong, please contact us and we will try to find a solution for you:

Submit your request for a refund within 30 days of the date of delivery. If an item doesn't arrive for any reason, please submit your refund request within 30 days of our estimated delivery date.

We are under no obligation to honor requests made outside of this timeframe.

I've changed my mind - You can cancel an order within two days of placing your order, as long as it hasn't been shipped by us.

This is not what I ordered - If you receive a damaged item that does not match the size or color you ordered, or does not match the item listing, you are entitled to a refund. We may request evidence of the problem - usually just a photo or two.

Wrong size - If you choose the wrong size, unfortunately we can't offer you a free exchange (you'll have to pay the postage for return and resend), but we can help you get one offer a cost-effective alternative if you tell us the problem.

It never arrived - If an item you ordered doesn't arrive, you are entitled to a refund.

Defective or damaged - Of course we will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange your defective item for the same item, simply send it back to us. We will send you the new one as soon as we receive the defective item.

Refunds (if applicable) - Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or no refund (if applicable) - If you haven't received a refund yet, please double check your bank account before contacting us. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be posted.

Returns - Please only return products to us using a trackable service provider (registered mail, parcel, courier, etc.). You have to pay the shipping costs for the return yourself.

    1. Print out the ShowYourColours exchange form. Enter your new desired size, your order number, the new item number and your name.
    2. Pack your product - in its original packaging, unworn and undamaged - with the exchange form in a padded mailer or parcel.
    3. Send this to: ShowYourColours GmbH, Erich-Zeitler-Str. 1, 85737 Ismaning, Germany.
    4. After receiving your return, we will take care of the exchange and reshipment
    5. If you are exchanging the wrong size, please enclose a return label (DHL package) for traceable return.
