Refund & Exchange
If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase or if you purchased a product at a reduced price (discount code), unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.
- Submit your request for a refund within 30 days of the date of delivery. If an item doesn't arrive for any reason, submit your refund request within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date. We are not obligated to honor requests made outside of this period.
- I've changed my mind - You can cancel an order within 2-3 days of placing your order.
- This is not what I ordered - If you receive a damaged item that is not the size or color you ordered, or does not match the item listing, you are entitled to a refund . We may request evidence of the problem - usually just a photo or two.
- It never arrived - If an item you ordered doesn't arrive, you're entitled to a refund.
- Defective or damaged - we will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you choose the wrong size, unfortunately we can't offer you a free exchange, but we can help provide you with a cost-effective alternative if you let us know about the problem.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or no refund (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be posted.

We only replace items if if they are broken or damaged. If you would like to exchange your item for the same item, please contact us at email@example.com. p>
To return your product, please use a trackable service provider. You have to pay the shipping costs for the return yourself.
